This product represents a tradition, that of Sicilian families who every year, in summer, gathered to prepare the sauce to be preserved throughout the year. At Convivia we make it with cherry tomatoes typical of Pachino (municipality of Syracuse), with a sweet and aromatic taste.

The sauce is prepared according to a traditional recipe , which consists of a slow and delicate cooking of cherry tomatoes to preserve their taste and aroma. The result is a thick and creamy sauce , with an intense and rich taste , which lends itself perfectly to enriching any type of dish.

Our ready-to-use organic cherry tomato sauce is ideal for pasta, but it also goes perfectly with meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Thanks to its soft and homogeneous consistency, it is also suitable as a base for preparing sauces and meat sauces.

Very authentic , made with fresh tomatoes , without the addition of substances that could alter its composition. All healthy, natural and organic.
