4-ply for extra absorbency and durability. Traditional Japanese weaving and construction allows the fabric to become softer and more absorbent with use. Micro-tractions form on the outer layer of the towel, creating a softer feel over time. Its special weave pattern ensures that the pulls do not stretch
The fabric is stiff at first but will become incredibly soft with use. To achieve softness faster, soak in warm water. The feel and texture of this fabric is different than a typical dish towel
RIB Knit is a double knit fabric that knits the fabric in a vertical ridge called a rib and is very stretched in the crosswise direction. The dishcloth contains binchotan charcoal (of the highest quality) infused into its fibers. The charcoal naturally absorbs the odors that typically accumulate in a dishcloth. One side of this product has a naturally dyed color, and the other side remains in natural binchotan gray.
Rayon is a type of natural fabric made by blending cotton and wood pulp. This material has exceptionally high efficiency in water absorption and breathability, and it is also known as one of the most effective types of fabrics to infuse with activated carbon.
