Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the law, a return is possible within a maximum of 14 days. If the product is in good condition, you will get the full refund. Otherwise, it will be partial.

RIB Knit is a double knit fabric that knits the fabric in a vertical ridge called a rib and is very stretched in the crosswise direction. The dishcloth contains binchotan charcoal (of the highest quality) infused into its fibers. The charcoal naturally absorbs the odors that typically accumulate in a dishcloth. One side of this product has a naturally dyed color, and the other side remains in natural binchotan gray.

Rayon is a type of natural fabric made by blending cotton and wood pulp. This material has exceptionally high efficiency in water absorption and breathability, and it is also known as one of the most effective types of fabrics to infuse with activated carbon.
